Refund policy
Exchanges
We want you to love what you buy from HERD. If something isn't quite right, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery or purchase in store.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging.
- To arrange an exchange, email contact@theherdstore.com with your order number, or bring the item to us at 11 Lower Hillgate, Stockport, SK1 1JQ.
- Once we've received and checked the item, we'll send your new size or item. If what you'd like is out of stock, we'll offer store credit instead.
Your right to cancel (online orders)
If you bought from us online, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, including the standard delivery charge. Just email us within those 14 days and return the items within a further 14 days. Items must be returned in the condition you received them, and return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the items back.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us at contact@theherdstore.com and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund, and cover the return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
